Wild yam root, chaste tree berry and dandelion root in grass-fed tallow, with organic black seed, castor and olive oils. Made to support your cycle and the balance between estrogen and progesterone, all month long, just not during your period.

Directions
One pump, twice a day, massaged into thin skin: inner wrists, inner arms, inner thighs or chest. Use a different spot each time. While you still have periods: every day except during your period, starting again the day after it ends. After menopause: three weeks on, one week off. Give it 2 to 3 cycles. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding without your care provider's okay.

The ultimate pms relief! I started using Lutea right after my menstrual phase everyday, twice a day, for nearly a month. As someone who is estrogen dominant with endometriosis, this has truly improved most of my pms. I’ve noticed a positive change in my energy level (especially during luteal) AND my mood swings are absolutely manageable. I finally feel sane for once leading up to my menstrual cycle. For the product itself, I’m really pleased with how well it glides and sinks into my skin - so moisturizing and doesn’t leave any grease stains on my clothing once it has settled. It’s beautifully packaged, as always, plus quick and easy to add to my am and pm skincare regimen. Can’t wait for my next experience to see how well Lutea supports me during my menstrual phase!
Has anyone else had troubles with the pump? Mine didn’t work at all and there’s now way to contact them on their website. Bummed because I wanted to add this to my routine but using it is no inconvenient. If I could use the product that would be great!!!

I like the texture. I don’t like the price of it. Also no improvements so far in any way. I am using it as suggested on your website. Also I’ve done my research online and no studies claim that this wild yam and natural ingredients will ever improve or get rid of the menopausal symptoms. So, it seems I’m using it as a moisturizer but for this price is way too expensive for a moisturizer. So, I’m not going to buy it again. I can purchase just a regular moisturizer for a more decent price.

I'm only 10 days into using the cream. So far, I can only tolerate using it once a day. I tried doing twice a day and it was just too much but I do fine once a day. I'm hopeful I will notice a difference by the end of this month.

I love love love this cream! I have been using it for 4 months now and from week 1 , I started noticing a difference. My sleep improved drastically. I was able to sleep through the night; before this I was waking up every 2 hours. I was already experiencing mini hot flashes; day and night. I wasn’t even able to wear pants to bed; let alone socks or a long sleeve. After the first 2 weeks, I was able to tolerate joggers all day and I even was able to sleep in pj bottoms! My bloating has also improved, my mood isn’t so up and down either. I have already recommended this to a lot of friends and family members . I thought I was too young to already be experiencing perimenopause (I’m 41) but after talking more and more about it; I realized a lot of women are going through many of the same issues.
