Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
United States
- Economy (5 to 8 business days): free on every order.
- Standard (3 to 4 business days): $8.
- Express (1 to 2 business days): $32.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier once your order has shipped and are not guaranteed. FÉMME is not responsible for carrier delays.
International
We ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. Rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes and fees charged by your country are the customer's responsibility, and orders refused for unpaid duties will not be refunded.
Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please check it carefully before you place your order. FÉMME is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address, and refunds will not be issued for packages returned to sender. See our refund policy for full details.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
FÉMME is not responsible for packages that tracking shows as delivered. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos, as described in our refund policy.
