Cancellation policy

When you choose subscribe and save, you receive one bottle of LUTÉA every 3 months at 10% off the one-time price. Your subscription renews automatically, and your payment method is charged on each renewal date until you cancel.

Pausing, Skipping and Cancelling

You may pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time before your next charge date, from your account or by emailing pr@myfemme.co. There is no fee to cancel and no minimum number of orders. Requests received after a renewal has been charged will apply to the following renewal.

Price Changes

If the subscription price changes, we will notify you before your next charge.

Refunds

Renewal orders that have already been charged are final and will not be refunded. Please see our refund policy for full details.
